S.O.S. College Scholarship Award Criteria
This is a need based award
Scholarship value $1000.00
and
Family of scholarship winner also awarded $1000.00
All scholarship money will paid directly to the college/university to which the student will be attending.
1. Student must be a High School Senior providing documented proof of attending college for the following Fall after graduation. All funds will be paid directly to the school.
2. Student must have a parent who has fought the battle of cancer sometime during the student's 4 years of high school and is still alive.
3. Student must provide two letters of nomination written by teachers from their senior year of high school.
4. Parent (s) of student must be willing & able to provide proof of annual income under 60,000.00. Funds will be directly to the parent who is the cancer survivor.

WINNER TO BE ANNOUNCED ON THE HOME PAGE OF THIS SITE March 20, 2012
Winner will also recieve a personal e-mail announcement and certificate for framing.
